Account Settings

Update your personal information, manage notification preferences, change your password, and control your account settings.


Profile (Personal Details)

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Tap the Menu tab
  2. Tap Personal details in the Profile section
  3. View and edit your information

General Information

Updating Your Photo

  1. Tap on your current photo or avatar
  2. Choose to take a new photo or select from gallery
  3. Crop if needed
  4. The new photo appears immediately

Guardian Contact

For minors or members requiring emergency contact:

Saving Changes

  1. Make your edits to any fields
  2. Tap Save changes at the bottom
  3. Wait for confirmation
  4. Changes are saved to your account

Notifications

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Tap the Menu tab
  2. Tap Notifications in App Settings

SMS/WhatsApp Notifications

Toggle to receive:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Class reminders
  • Appointment reminders
  • Gym announcements

To enable/disable:

  1. Tap the toggle switch
  2. Wait for confirmation
  3. Settings are saved immediately

Preferences

Accessing Preferences

  1. Tap the Menu tab
  2. Tap Preferences in App Settings

Language Setting

Change the app language:

  1. Tap Language
  2. Select your preferred language from the list
  3. The app updates immediately

Available languages depend on your gym's configuration.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Tap the Menu tab
  2. Tap Account settings in App Settings

Available Options

Changing Your Password

Steps

  1. Go to Menu → Account settings
  2. Tap Change password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Confirm the new password
  6. Tap Save or Update
  7. Receive confirmation

Password Requirements

Your new password should:

  • Be at least 8 characters
  • Include letters and numbers
  • Not be easily guessable

Changing Your Email

Steps

  1. Go to Menu → Account settings
  2. Tap Change email
  3. Enter your current password (for verification)
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Confirm the new email
  6. Tap Save or Update
  7. Check your new email for verification (if required)

Important Notes

  • Your email is used for login
  • Ensure you have access to the new email
  • Some gyms may require email verification

Deleting Your Account

Danger Zone

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile information
  • Attendance history
  • Booking history
  • Saved documents

What Happens to

  • Active memberships: Contact your gym about cancellation
  • Open invoices: May still need to be paid
  • Signed documents: Gym retains copies

Steps to Delete

  1. Go to Menu → Account settings
  2. Scroll to Danger zone
  3. Tap Delete account
  4. Read the warning carefully
  5. Confirm your decision
  6. Your account is permanently removed

Billing Portal

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Tap the Menu tab
  2. Tap Billing portal in App Settings (if available)
  3. Opens Stripe's billing portal

What You Can Do

  • View saved payment methods
  • Add new credit/debit cards
  • Remove old payment methods
  • View payment history

Availability

This option only appears if:

  • Your gym uses Stripe for payments
  • You have recurring memberships
  • The feature is enabled for members

  • FAQ: Frequently asked questions
  • Contact options: Email or call support
  • Report issues: Submit bug reports

  • Privacy Policy: Data handling practices
  • Licenses: Third-party software licenses

Logging Out

How to Log Out

  1. Tap the Menu tab
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap Log out (red text)
  4. Confirm when prompted
  5. You're returned to the login screen

When to Log Out

  • Using a shared device
  • Switching to a different account
  • Security concerns
  • Troubleshooting login issues

Gym Information

Accessing Gym Info

  1. Tap the Menu tab
  2. Tap Gym info in the Facility section

Information Available

  • Gym name and logo
  • Contact phone number
  • Email address
  • Physical address
  • Operating hours
  • Directions (opens maps app)

Troubleshooting

Can't Save Profile Changes

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure required fields are filled
  • Try closing and reopening the app
  • Contact your gym if issues persist

Password Change Failed

  • Verify current password is correct
  • Ensure new password meets requirements
  • Check internet connection
  • Try resetting password via "Forgot Password"

Email Change Not Working

  • Verify current password
  • Ensure new email is valid format
  • Check if email is already in use
  • Contact gym for assistance

Notifications Not Arriving

  • Check notification toggle is enabled
  • Verify phone number is correct
  • Check phone's notification settings
  • Ensure app has notification permissions
