Member App Overview

The FineGym Member App gives you full access to your gym on your smartphone. View schedules, book classes, check in with your QR code, manage your membership, and stay connected with your fitness community.

Getting the App

Download

The FineGym app is available on:

  • iOS: App Store
  • Android: Google Play Store

Search for "FineGym" or your gym's name.

Finding Your Gym

When you first open the app:

  1. Enter your gym's name or domain
  2. Select your gym from the results
  3. You'll see your gym's branding and login screen

Logging In

Getting Access

Your gym creates your account. Once added, you'll receive a welcome email with login instructions.

  1. Tap Log In
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot Password

If you don't have an account, contact your gym to be added as a member.

Push Notifications

Stay informed with notifications for:

  • Class reminders
  • Booking confirmations

Managing Notifications

  1. Go to Menu → Notifications
  2. Toggle notification types on/off
  3. Choose what you want to be notified about

Offline Access

Some features work offline:

  • View your QR code
  • See cached schedule data
  • View downloaded documents

Full functionality requires an internet connection.

Before Your Visit

  1. Check your schedule - Review class times
  2. Book in advance - Secure your spot
  3. Have QR ready - Open the app before arriving

At the Gym

  1. Show QR code - Quick scan for check-in
  2. Confirm booking - Staff marks attendance
  3. Enjoy your workout!

Stay Updated

  • Enable push notifications
  • Check the home screen regularly
  • Review open invoices promptly

Troubleshooting

Can't Log In

  • Verify email address is correct
  • Try "Forgot Password" to reset
  • Check if your gym has your correct email
  • Contact your gym for help

App Not Loading

  • Check internet connection
  • Pull down to refresh
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Update to latest version

QR Code Not Working

  • Ensure screen brightness is up
  • Clean your phone screen
  • Show full QR code to scanner
  • Try PIN code as backup

Missing Classes/Features

  • Some features depend on your gym's plan
  • Pull to refresh schedule
  • Contact your gym if classes are missing
