Common Status Meanings

Membership Statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveMember can use the gym
InactiveMembership expired or not started
FrozenTemporarily paused
CancelledScheduled for cancellation

Invoice Statuses

RefundedFull refund issued

Class Booking Statuses

StatusMeaning
AvailableOpen for booking
ReservedMember has booked

Quick Troubleshooting

Can't Check In Member

  1. Verify membership is Active (not frozen/expired)
  2. Check if usage limit is reached
  3. Verify time window restrictions allow current time
  4. Try manual check-in if QR scan fails

Payment Failed

  1. Check card expiry date
  2. Verify Stripe connection is active
  3. Ask member to update payment method
  4. Try processing payment again

Member Can't Log In (App)

  1. Verify email address is correct
  2. Use "Forgot Password" to reset
  3. Check if account is blocked
  4. Ensure app is updated

Class Not Showing for Member

  1. Check class is scheduled for correct date
  2. Verify class type is not archived
  3. Check if class is full
  4. Verify member's plan includes this class type
