Common Status Meanings
Membership Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Member can use the gym |
| Inactive | Membership expired or not started |
| Frozen | Temporarily paused |
| Cancelled | Scheduled for cancellation |
Invoice Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Payment required |
| Paid | Payment completed |
| Refunded | Full refund issued |
| Partially Refunded | Partial refund issued |
Class Booking Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Open for booking |
| Reserved | Member has booked |
| Can Check In | Check-in window open |
| Checked In | Member attended |
| No Show | Member didn't attend |
| Cancelled | Booking was cancelled |
Quick Troubleshooting
Can't Check In Member
- Verify membership is Active (not frozen/expired)
- Check if usage limit is reached
- Verify time window restrictions allow current time
- Try manual check-in if QR scan fails
Payment Failed
- Check card expiry date
- Verify Stripe connection is active
- Ask member to update payment method
- Try processing payment again
Member Can't Log In (App)
- Verify email address is correct
- Use "Forgot Password" to reset
- Check if account is blocked
- Ensure app is updated
Class Not Showing for Member
- Check class is scheduled for correct date
- Verify class type is not archived
- Check if class is full
- Verify member's plan includes this class type
