Member Cards

Design and print physical check-in cards for your members. Cards are standard CR80 size (85.6 × 54 mm — the same as a bank card), so they fit any wallet and work with off-the-shelf PVC card printers.

Go to Settings → Member Cards to customize the card. A live preview on the right shows exactly how the card will print, at actual size.

Customization​

  • Accent color — The color of the header band. Defaults to your gym's main color. The band text switches automatically between light and dark so your gym name stays readable on any color.
  • Show business name — Print your gym name in the header band.
  • Show logo — Print your gym logo in the header band.
  • Tagline — An optional short slogan under the gym name.
  • Contact footer — An optional contact line (website, phone) along the bottom of the card.
  • Orientation — Landscape (default) or Portrait.
  • Include PIN — Print the member's check-in PIN on the card. Off by default — anyone who finds the card could otherwise use the PIN to check in.

Check-in code​

Every card carries a scannable check-in code. Choose the type under Check-in code:

  • QR code (default) — a 2D code shown as a square.
  • Barcode — a 1D barcode shown as a wide strip.

Both encode the same value and are scanned the same way at the front desk, so members check in by presenting their card to the camera.

When you're happy with the preview, click Update information to save. Reset to defaults restores every option to its default (you still need to Save to apply).

Printing cards​

The printed card always shows the member's photo (or a neutral placeholder), name, and check-in code.

  • One member — Open the member's profile and click Print card.
  • Many members — On the Members list, select the members you want, then click the printer icon in the toolbar.

Cards open in your browser's print dialog. To preview without a printer, choose Save as PDF as the destination — the PDF is exactly what prints, at true size.

tip

For the most reliable scanning, print on landscape orientation. On narrow portrait cards a barcode has less width, which makes it harder to scan.
